Send them a link to a demo or live event. They can explore it right away without needing to sign up or download anything.
Can I use a QR code to share the event?
Yes! On the guest page, tap “Share” and long-press the QR code to save it. You can print it or place it anywhere guests can scan it.
What’s the difference between Pro and Enterprise?

In short:
Pro is designed for individuals or small teams who want full access to core features. It includes unlimited events, unlimited posts, and advanced polling with up to 10 polls per event.
Enterprise includes everything in Pro, plus added scale and control:
- More storage: 1000 free photos (vs. 750 in Pro)
- Unlimited polls per event
- Support for video posts
- Advanced moderation with post approval controls
- Designed for larger teams with multiple organizers
Enterprise is best if you’re coordinating with multiple stakeholders or need more oversight and flexibility at scale.
If I buy an Enterprise plan, can others use it too?
Yes. You can invite team members to your group. The price is per user, and everyone you invite can create and manage events.
Can I control what gets shown on the screen?
Yes. In the event settings, you can require admin approval before posts are shown. This helps moderate content in real time.
Do guests need to create an account?
No. Guests can post and interact anonymously. Only event creators or moderators need accounts.
Is this an app?
Nope—Liveframe runs entirely in the browser. No downloads needed.
What age do users need to be to use Liveframe?
Only account holders need to be 13 or older. Guest access is anonymous and doesn’t require age verification, but we recommend supervision for younger users.
Can Liveframe use submitted photos in its marketing?
Not without permission. Our terms allow us to show content during your event, but we don’t use posts in our marketing unless we ask first.
